Izanagi´s Burden Honed Edge Reload Speed
Does somebody know if the Reload Speed of the Honed Edge of the Izanagi´s Burden can be increased.
I tried with Ophidian aspect and armor with double sniper rifle loader. Only the normal reload gets increased.
