I'm running a 2600x @4.2, 2080 and 16gb 3000mhz. Destiny 2 usually puts my gpu @50-60% and my cpu similar. Pvp, depending on the map, i get anywhere from 100-150fps and it varys alot, its usually like 100-115. Gambit prime i typically see 80-100 fps. Gears 5, the new cod, i usually keep 130-160 fps constantly in mp modes. Changing settings literally does nothing in destiny 2, low is the same fps as maxed out lol.

Pretty much the same for me when it comes to Destiny 2. I think maybe once the game reaches a certain threshold for fps it starts throttling the GPU and CPU for whatever reason. I was only able to force my GPU to 100% when I turned the render resolution in game to 200%, which obviously caused me to have significantly lower fps (60-70).
