After completing The Red War, after killing Ghaul the screen loads showing the ship travelling to the Tower. However the Tower does not load and the sound randomly cuts out, then back in again. I have tried waiting for over 20 minutes but the Tower still did not load. While waiting I tried to bring up the map and inventory screen, both do not work. When pressing the inventory button, the inventory screen comes up but with nothing shown on the screen, no character, no inventory, no menu buttons. For the map screen, only a blank black screen appears. The [Escape] menu does not work either so the only way I was able to exit the game is by killing the process in Windows. I have tried to 'Scan and Repair' the game using the Blizzard launcher. This made no difference. If I launch the game again and try to go anywhere else on the map it works. I can even play Crucible matches but can not go to the Tower so can not progress in the game! Help!
