My Duke has +90 range with opening shot and rampage.
It works great from a distance against Lunas. Close the gap a wee bit though and I'm doomed.

I got one with rapid hit, ricochet rounds, and rampage. masterworked for reload. Its my favorite handcannon. But yah I'd rather close the gap and shotgun an opponent using luna then to outduel with duke. unless I have rampage active then its game on. Anyone is welcomed to get 2 tapped
