It got buffed in a matter of speaking, as in it was the only Explosive Payload weapon that actually got fixed with the latest "fix" (they must have separated it from Explosive Payload and made it an independent perk). I tested all this today and even made a thread about it. Explosive Payload is still bad. To sum it up, it does 15% more body shot damage and 10% to 11% less crit shot damage against read bar enemies.
