Bungie please do something about these specific Scout Rifl- *cough* Hand Cannons. They're quite literally the only viable Hand Cannons in Crucible. There's absolutely no reason to use any other Hand Cannon. I'm seeing no variety in the Crucible in terms of Hand Cannons. Please reduce the base range of these specific Hand Cannons. I'd love to see these two get nerfed to hell.
