Poor connections are really making the Crucible unplayable and just unenjoyable. If you have a poor connection, you shouldn't be able to play Crucible, it ruins it for everyone else. Have all the fun you want in PVE, but Bungie should implement a connection test that evaluates each player before starting a match. If you fail the connection test, you're out. I've played Destiny since day one and this has always been a problem that goes unaddressed. It's especially frustrating when trying to complete the Jolly Holiday quest and there's 3 red bars on the other team that are playing like they have the god code.
