So equipping the Memory of Felwinter while using the keen scout perk on Nightstalker makes mark target malfunction. It has to be unequipped and reequipped after every spawn to use mark target. Please advice. Edit: For everyone saying that row or position is tied to a super remember everything in that row on Sunsinger has nothing to do with super use. Also, shoulder charge, juggernaut and chain of woe still function with that artifact as far as I'm aware. Along with that, the rest of the perks of keen scout such as enhanced radar also works. So yea, I'm not seeing the connection. Not being a smart ass but I really don't understand.
