Don't think so. After four pairs of boots in a row I don't think my hunter's getting a helmet either.

I've been waiting for exotic boot engrams, or just boots in general, ever since I had to use my Bones of Eao for infusion fuel. I lucked out and got 3 pairs, one for each character, but I have found any more. I've gotten plenty of arms, helmets, chest pieces, and class items though.
