That gun would be OP if you put in all those changes. A +5 to stability on top of focused fire...it wouldn't move, and then you add in additional impact on top of damage buff to both the base gun and the bottom half...
Thing would rip up everything in the game.

And it should. AR's in general need a buff. What this gun needs is damage. It just needs to have something to prevent it from cross mapping people like it used to. Either leave or take down the range a little so the damage drop off is severe. It needs a buff. Just not that much. lol
