There are some problems with this. First, there aren't enough people for matchmaking. Second of all, there was a reason weapons like vex myth were removed; they were too OP of an idea, destroying balance. If there was a way to fix these problems, it would be awesome[spoiler]but in general this would be amazing[/spoiler]
