3 回覆Npc national level heavyweight (retired) i trained 20 years an as hardcore as it gets. Off season 265 avg. Showtime 212 to 218. 5 10ish. Swole nerds are rare lol

1 回覆I work out a lot. But don't eat a lot. I know it doesn't build muscle fast by not eating a lot but it still builds SOME strength right.
