So it does what a shield is meant to do and should be nerfed for it, no. It's a passive ability that can only block from forward while running. Meant to provide a way for striker to reliably charge into closer ranges where his/her super and melee would be more effective even during particular dangerous situations. It is just another reckless ability/strategy likely to get you killed. It is no accident that it blocks what it blocks, it is a wall made of light in the same way as WoD, it is how it's intended to work.

A shield to protect from regular WEAPONRY. It doesn't survive stormtrance, arc blade, sunsinger(kinda), shadowshot(kinda), fist of havoc, nova bomb, and hammer of sol. Why make it so golden gun can't? Now sword guarding shouldn't be as easy; they're already useless in PvP. It would be the only really good thing going for them. Oh and bubble is fine where it is. Taking two shots to take it out is pretty balanced in my opinion.

You even play Rock Paper Scissors? It just wouldn't be fair to allow full penetration and that's what your asking for. golden gun already kills any super it wants from any range in a single shot which it has 3 of. If it pierces through it's going to kill the guardian with juggernaut. Running into danger for absolutely no advantage for the Titan, forcing any trying to break away from shoulder charge back to it only to that nerfed next giving Titan no other strategic options for game play. It's a passive skill meant to encourage and suggest a reckless strategy. It's mean purpose is to be support for Fist of Havoc which needs all the help getting close enough to challenge other supers it can get. Golden Gun is Scissors and juggernaut is rock. Either shoot from a different angle or fire a follow up shot.
