Ace of spades belongs to a superior weapon class so it wins I pvp by that alone, in pve it's a toss up but considering Fabian is essentially a worse Bad Juju with life support I'm going with Ace there again.

They're both built to do the same thing but Bad Juju does it better. The only thing Fabian Strategy really has over BJJ is the chance to heal. Fabian Strategy still has ammo problems in the reserves. Fabian strategy isn't bad now and I really enjoy using it, but it's absolutely a step down from Toland's little project.
