No Shit Sherlock. No matter what you say, it doesn't change the fact that you shouldn't be able to run through bullets, to kill someone with a shoulder charge.

Yet, they don't get a health boost, they don't get an overshield and they don't even get a speed boost (although Titans are very quick already). So that must mean that even Titans without shoulder charge, plus Warlocks and Hunters, have the ability to run through bullets. Do you want shoulder charges to get a health nerf or a speed nerf or something? Honestly, it's pretty obvious that you are plain awful.
