Now they're pretty much useless. Why the nerf if they couldn't one shot in the first place unless precision hit? You don't need to shoulder charge someone in the head for a kill now do you?

IMO, it should be a OHK with a crit and burn. If you have burn, there's no insta-charge and in order to get constant insta-charge, you need to keep up the gunplay first. Bungie still overdid it though. They always do.... still love my knives.
