Now at this point Rise of Iron is essentially confirmed as Destiny's next expansion coming out this Fall. And if you don't know (or didn't assume) it is focused on Destiny's Lords of Iron, war heroes from the days before our ghost resurrected us. Now as you may know, each Destiny expansion or DLC has been kicked off with a week of something to get you pumped. The Dark Below had Swords of Crota, The House of Wolves had Wolves Prowling, and TTK had 2.0 with all its changes. I think it would be fairly obvious the "kick off" thing before Rise of Iron would be the Iron Banner, our weeklong Crucible even we get once a month. But what if it had a twist? Rather than normal Iron Banner, what if it was like Challenge of Elders? Clash with 20,000 point limits like Control and modifiers and a point modifier, changing every day? For example the first day had Precision Kill Bonus and Brawler and Solar Burn? The next day was Grenade Kill Bonus and Trickle and Specialist? Wouldn't it be cool, changing your load out every day to do most damage and get max points? I know I would love it. So what do you guys think? Would you like it if Bungie did this? Would it get you hyped for Rise of Iron?
