People pop in after a minute or two. It should be selectable. It's not so people are forced to grind the playlist. We've done that enough already.

Are you serious? The strikes can be completed solo so if you feel you cannot carry on unless there are three of you then perhaps you are playing the wrong game. I'm not saying backing out is right. I don't do it but it doesn't bother me if others do. I can't even remember the last time I had to do a strike solo because no one else turned up. You tell him to get himself a fire team because you don't like his methods, well maybe you should take a leaf out of your own book and get yourself one then you would have nothing to complain about because no one will back out.

I have a fire team most times, but it's becoming ridiculous that some dude quits out at the beginning (if just about every strike) and at the VERY end of the strike it decides to add a third just as the boss is going down. Which punishes the people to stay by making then do it down a man and actually rewards people like him who feel their time is more precious than anyone else's... Explain how that makes any sense. Also I didn't buy this game to play alone, maybe you should look into other games if you truly believe that I should have to do extra because some ass hat couldn't wait 10 mins

If you play with a fire team then why are you complaining. 85% of the game is more than playable solo so why should I go find something else to play? Just because you need someone to hold your hand to play, doesn't mean everyone else needs to. I want to see optional matchmaking for all activities but it's never going to happen so I just play the parts of the game that I can but it doesn't bother me as I enjoy what parts I can play, solo or otherwise. As for rewarding those who join at the end, well it's not the person who has joined who is at fault if they get better rewards, it's bungies for making it RNG. He's probably just as frustrated as he's just spent more time loading and flying in just for it to finish and have to start another one, but like I said, if you don't like it, play in your own fire team. Let's face it, strikes are very unrewarding most of the time anyway so if you are playing it for good loot then you are better off doing something else or playing a different game.

(looking at your playtime/stats seems If i had a ps4 I would be helping you more than you holding my hand but whatever, no offense but you brought it up) Im not complaining on my behalf, Im complaining because its wrong. Ill make this a simple list for you guys. -You want to play alone have fun, I dont. -My online friends have life commitments, as do I. Our lifes do not revolve around each others -I was soloing crota and 3 man atheon when they were fresh (w/o Cheese), so a measly strike is nothing. -I like helping the kinder guardians, They still play too. -Quitters need a Fireteam because I am playing the game as intended, Quitters are not. -You need to play a different game because apparently you guys are played out on destiny -I play strikes to level up my vanguard with all my boosters I have (which give me tons of "good loot" so yeah there is a point..) -And no its not the one who joined at the ends fault, Its the asshat who left at the start fault (I figured that was kinda apparent in my comment but you know... internet..) -If OP said he played for 5 hours and never got it I would have pity, No he claims proudly that he quit for 5 hours, I have no care in the world for him. P.S. : Im complaining because this behavior Is childish, play the game or dont. Lol.......buddy, no offence but my gameplay time is over 68 days against your 30 something days on the Xbox, so it is over double what you have played. Not including the ps4 gameplay time which I only bought the console a few months ago, so tot that up and it's you who should have his hand held. Actually, backing out of strikes is the only way to give bungie the statistical data they need to see they did something wrong. Last time they did things to prevent people backing out of strikes they did so by the very same statistics.

Not really and not the most effective way to get the message to Bungie. Much easier to simply make a post or two in the feedback forum.

Bungie has already told us they look at how many people back out of strikes, and what strikes they do it on. It is the exact reason why Valus (Rockets McDickface) was nerfed into the ground. Too many people backing out.

I understand that. It's a good complaint. I am not wrong either. They can take all the time they want to look at analytics and move on them. There's also the old saying and it definitely seems to ring true with Bungie- the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
