You should see on the main page my gimoitr score is fine, the allies tab is full like it should be but the others indicate that they are not complete. The classes page shows my three classes as having no progress made but in the titan page you can see that I've completed it.

Are you on android? The yellow "complete" bar has acted like that for a while. Basically the parent cards won't show as full if there are sub-cards that have tiers, even if all the tiers are complete. If you look at your grimoire on the website, it will show a full bar for Classes if all tiers are finished.
