Its almost as if you can just buy telemetries, or that you have an overabundance of those glimmer consumables anyway, they're just giving you more. I honestly don't think a single person, besides the people desperately trying to find something wrong with this microtransaction system (see: you), has had the thought of "I am going to spend money on these packs to get these consumables to pay my way to the top."
