I will tell you that I have 1200 hours in destiny. The truth is, I have never been so bored of it since TTK came out. Oh for sure it was great at first. But as you play, you realise exactly how much they stripped out and how little they gave back.
I was an avid player of destiny. Now I can barely bring myself to turn it on!

I completely agree with this. Once you get past the shiny new story and quest system, it's just the same old game with less to do than before. I loved TTK at first, but the fun drops off almost immediately after you beat it. I have since stopped playing altogether.

This is the fear I had, and the exact reason I waited so long before making this post. I'm sure everyone would have said 'yeah, it's awesome, destiny the way it should have been in year 1.' I wanted that initial feeling to be gone before I made the poll

I'm not saying it's bad. A lot of my friends really love the changes. I just find that there isn't much to do on a daily basis anymore. Before I used to jump on and do everything on three characters. Now even with the daily, you can only do it once per account. Also the fact that after two weeks, I had seen nearly every legendary in the game, multiple times. They did do some good thing with TTK, but they changed so much that, to me personally, it's just not the same anymore. But hey, it's just my opinion!
