After 301 you're basically at the same level of a 310. I'm 309 and 3oC will only help you up to a certain point. For ghosts, class items and boots you're pretty much dependent on raid items and luck to be able to reach at 310.

For sure they do! But at this point I would wait and save my coins man, the KF drops will probably get a little better once the hard mode rolls out. Not to mention that once you start getting repeated drops above 310 on the hard mode it will become even easier to level up those secondary characters to 310+.
