Yeah but these usually fall under the satire category, unless the OP recently picked up the game and is still salty about xur and being a special snowflake

I think you're giving 95% of those posts too much credit haha. Maybe a few here and there are satire, but it's mostly people who have had the game since launch, have every exotic and therefore no need for Xur, and are jealous that newcomers can just buy something from him that they spent weeks or maybe months waiting for before it finally dropped.
