I just don't feel like I am often killed by hammer. I hear it and run away or jump over the hammer easy enough. I donno I just don't think its a huge deal

Every single class has an advantage. You could argue the game is unbalanced because warlock melee is better than any other class. What would the point be in having different classes if they didn't have their benefits? May as well all run around as Master Chiefs. Socialist pigs.....
