Extended Mag still works, but has been reduced. I was having problems with this displaying correctly in the character screen yesterday, but it did add the rounds to the magazine (this was on Chain of Obiks-Fel and Vex Mythoclast). Field Scout now only buffs reserve ammo, not magazine size (ex: Corrective Measure, Vision of Confluence, Fatebringer, etc)
