FIELD SCOUT, why was it not replace with a different perk?
I usually don't complain about things on the forums, but this in particular pissed me off. I'm not as much pissed about the removal of field scout, more so the fact that they didn't replace it with anything. I now have a good amount of guns with only 2 perks available in the middle tree. Why not replace it with a random perk, I'd take anything other than a perk that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Just my two cents, let me know your opinions. Thanks for your time guardians.

Edit 1: didn't think I would need to clarify this, but extra reserve ammo, in my opinion, is a pointless middle tree perk making it, in my opinion, absolutely pointless.
Edit 3: didn't think I would need to state this, but your armor maxes your reserve ammo and the perks do not stack, therefore field scout=absolutely useless.
Edit 4: would be nice to get some sort of confirmation from someone affiliated with bungie on whether or not this was what they intended to do with field scout.

These perks exist post vanilla, trading to them would put your old guns on at least equal footing As opposed to the current method of straight downgrade They must really want those old guns deleted, but don't have the guts to just delete our vaults So they just sabotage them and give us the illusion of choosing to give them up

So go ahead and complain. We will all be killing stuff with our new weapons and you can sit here and cry about the old. Why are you bitching about something that will only affect you until the 15th?

4 回覆Corrective measure with field scout still gives 150 rounds. Just takes 3 reloads to go through them all. Fieldscout double down efrideets still starts with 24 rounds. Field scout is still viable

1 回覆Edit 4: It's definitely what they meant to do with field scout. It's in the patch notes. They might have plans for a new similar perk for future guns, but the old guns are apparently screwed :/

Then they butcher all of those perks to the point of making them completely worthless and tell us that all of our weapons will be useless in new content... I moved on from Destiny a couple of months ago, but was pretty excited to come back for TTK... Now I'm not so sure there is anything to be excited about... Everything about this update seems designed to do nothing but reset people's weapons and armor and prolong the grind for as long as possible... Too many good games coming out this fall to hop back into this content bare grindfest...

1 回覆Bungie should start crossing out good perks with a red stamp over it labeled NERFED. Bungie's formula: 1. Compile data to find community's favorite items and perks 2. Avoid making unpopular items and perks better 3. Ruin favorite items and perks to [b]force[/b] players to use the crappy ones 4. Compile new list and repeat to annoy players.

1 回覆We told them we would hold onto our year one gear so they said ok and proceeded to nerf bat everything we hold dear from year one and what made it special. Easy fix. Sigh.

1 回覆I have extended mag on my rare sniper....it still has 4 rounds when it has 4 rounds without extended mags.... Yeah F dat

1 回覆Sucks balls because I had field scout on my Shadow Price. A nice 42 round magazine. Now back down to... 27? I can't remember lol.
