Everyone who gets a pay-check from Bungie went through that specific and easy to follow process and didn't try to use the forums.

Anyone who thinks that they would be a good addition to the Bungie team is welcome to apply for the job they feel would fit them. Anyone. As to whether or not they get that job? That's up to Bungie deciding if they think the applicant would be a good fit for the role and perform well. They'll never know if they don't try. But posts here on the forums? Might as well tell your cat.
