170 is the highest, at least until House of Wolves comes along and potentially increases the range of armor stats by increasing the level cap. Congratulations of the stat roll by the way! The only 'problem' I have with my 170 discipline Heart of the Praxic Fire is in choosing the armor to go with it without feeling like there is wasted potential somewhere. Since attribute % bonuses max out at 100% with 271 stat points then basically if the three other armor pieces give any more than 101 combined extra discipline the extra is essentially of no effect.
