It's impossible to determine. The most powerful Star Wars civilization, the Celestials, are approximately on par with the Halo Precursors. Also, the Force would have no effect on Halo characters, because they're extragalactic species.
All that being said, Star War would almost definitely win.

Well supposedly humans were pulled out from their home planet in another galaxy and put on couruscant by the celestials. Which probably means they come from earth. And if they come from earth and can be affected by the force, doesn't that mean that people in the halo Galaxy would also be affected?

That's not true, sorry. Humans originated on Coruscant, and the Ratakan Empire took some of them off world to become slaves. A few had already been sent out into space via sleeper ships, but it would take hundreds, or thousands, of years before they reach another planet. Though the Celestials were very capable of extragalactic travel, there is no evidence that they ever did so. Plus, every species to come outside of the Galaxy (the Yuuzhan Vong, Abinmor, etc) all existed outside the force.

由GingerlyWalnut3編輯: 8/25/2015 4:04:39 PMThe Yuuzhan Vong could indeed create gravity wells, but since their military is entirely organic, they would be utterly destroyed by the Flood. Also, Forerunners ad Precursors were capable of even more impressive feats.
