So what's the point of the rare Ghost shells the Speaker sells? They are only 160-180 defense yet Shaxx sells ones with 280?? Why would I ever need the Speaker's when it affects my light level??

Cause maybe at the beginning it would be cheaper for you to get a Speaker Ghosts, instead of spending Legendary Marks for the Crucible Ones. Yes, in the End Game you'd want higher Def Ghosts to boost your Light. But for anything else it really won't matter.
