Hi RestfulSeven0,
The only place that you can pre-order the physical Collectors Edition is in GameStop, you might want to ask your retailer if they will re-stock in these editions which I find doubtful since they were limited stock.
Your only way to get one right now is if you buy one from eBay which I don't recommend.

Note that the $20 bundle will be available at the release of The Taken King.
