Have you fapped so hard your penis fell off?
I have this problem at least 3 times a day when i fap, its so annoying. I used scotch tape and staples and it still falls off.

Only once but a thumb tack has saved me from this most annoying of blunders. Inserted into the base of the shaft so it penetrates a good few layers and embeds permanently is the best way. And it's a funky accessory/conversation starter.
