Dedicated Servers!
Let's talk about server lag and cheaters abusing the network. A good fix would be to have Dedicated Servers (no more p2p connections).

Titanfall has dedicated servers, Star Wars Battlefront will have dedicated servers, Halo 5 will have dedicated servers, etc...
I love this game and want to see it succeed, but it blows my mind how horrible the crucible is. Halo's multiplayer was amazing. How could you have made such a horrible multiplayer experience after such a great success? You're balancing the weapons (again), that's a good first step, but what you really need to do is get dedicated servers.

It's an interesting read especially when you look at how the game plays now with all the lag.
