What do you mean buy that? If you forge your code you're not stealing from Bungie you're stealing from a Guardian who paid foir his code.

I mean what did they expect? Make something their players really want. But only supply to a small portion of them based on region. Then they go and make a ridiculously easy code to crack. And you really think someone couldn't get a working code if they buy one that's been redeemed? No, there's a plan in place for that very thing. I'm not saying it's right or wrong. But it would have been expected with plans in place. This isn't the first digital item / code to get exploited. I'm just surprised they made it so easy for people to have cracked it so quick.

Well some of their practices are morally wrong too. I mean they did do 3 years of psych evals in testers in order to incite this very thing. A desperate desire for items which can be purposefully just out of reach.

I wouldn't call researching your target market and using the results morally wrong. Every company does it, even Facebook conduct social experiments on users.
