Fate of all fools and the 347 vesta dynasty are not currently in the game they were simply data mined before house of wolves was released and I think that bungie confirmed that the fate of all fools will not come with ttk. Many speculate that perhaps it will never be an obtainable exotic. I don't think that it will be something that we will ever be able to get because if they let the rest of the community have it then it would kinda be crapping on the gift that they gave to that guy who was recovering from brain surgery. I honestly think it would be honorable of bungie to keep that guys special gift special. Food for thought
