Yup, same thing happened to me. Beat Skolas for the first time, got the exact same drop as you but no ship. I too wanted the ship more then the emblem or shader.

Yea it wasn't at the postmaster, only the Etheric light went there. It really isn't a big deal to me honestly, its just a ship and I have the Queens one, but I just thought it was supposed to drop on the first completion. If its been switched to RNG that's not a problem either, as the raid ships are that way. I was just looking for some confirmation on how to actually get it
