I agree with the world needing more science. This may become achievable once people understand that religious people are okay with science, and maybe some individuals may also become more knowledgeable about there being people who believe in scientific theories as well as a religion. First both atheist, and religious sides need to get over their ignorance. (Refering towards the extreme groups)
Extreme Religious Views: Science isn't right, only my religious beliefs are correct!
Extreme Athiest Views: Religions are 100% wrong! It's not possible for you to believe in science and a religion because I know more than you!
So may an individual's bias. I've been observing your posts, and you seem to have the mentality that those who believe in a spiritual realm and science "fill in the gaps" with their beliefs which is an opinion based debatable statement. I want to acknowledge you as being neutral in certain circumstances but your bias tends to ruin a partial amount of a legitimate discussion. 50/50 would be an accurate depiction of your comments. Half include a neutral stance, while the others are contaminated with personal irrelevant views that can diminish your points.
