After completing Rogue Network quest for Vesper's Host, the puzzle switches don't spawn
Hello, I have been trying to get the IceBreaker Exotic for a little bit, and I decided to do the quest and all of the other required stuff for the catalyst, just so I can get it once it drops. Unfortunately, during one of my runs I failed one of the access override puzzles and decided to reload, this seems to have set me in a bad state regarding the quest progression, as now I cannot see the puzzle in any character, the triumph is back to being hidden, and I cannot re acquire the quest, effectively soft locking me.
I have the class items, did the Rogue Network to completion and succesfully did one of the puzzles, but beyond that I can no longer try, see or do anything about them.

Have you tracked the Access Override triumph? Serious question since it's fake hidden.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried returning to the Heart room and checking whether the collectible there can still be claimed even if the puzzle isn’t active? If this doesn't work, please use your platform's share feature to capture a video highlighting the issue and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link. We'll be glad to take a look.
