At Rank 25 Faction you get a exotic quest.
[b]READ EDIT 4 [/b]
If you're for example over rank 25 on Dead Orbit, make an alliance with DO and you'll get the exotic quest from it.
Enjoy!
Edit: Must have equipped Class item, shader, and emblem for that faction in order to progress through the quest.
Edit 2: For many of you that keep asking, it does [b]NOT[/b] work for vanguard.
Edit 3: For those who are saying to not turn in the bounty, just stop because it doesn't even let you turn it in.

Not all gear works, it has to be a specific combination.

1 ReplyIf I delete my exotic class item quest for a faction can I get back from the kiosk? I ask this because I have a quest for monarchy and dead orbit that don't work, I was told I need an older class item for it to work but I don't have one and can't have one to drop.. So what do I do?

Some Dead Orbit gear does not work - which is crazy! On my hunter I have Dead Light Cloak, Revenant Shader, and Omen of the Exodus emblem. This works, but had to try different combinations to find something that finally did. Bungie should have information page up with what works and what doesn't.

As in, is High Command the only bugged one or is the "Cloak of the Rising" Rise of Iron cloak also glitched? Edit: Yes, it does work. I was able to finish it; odd that they made a legendary aesthetic copy of the exotic item.

ok your edit 2 is wrong for me.....the crucible granting cloak does not work for this for me...I am playing a hunter. Right now the other cloak works the one that increases vanguard reputation.....which is weird....

Im rank 21 so once im rank 25 i have to wear a shader,emeblem, and class armor
