Unmaxed Icebreaker = BOOT
Join my Crota's End lobby using an unmaxed icebreaker and you switch it or you get booted. Its fine and dandy that you bought it or earned it whatever...but if its unmaxed you are a detriment to the team, especially if you are using it over a G-horn, or if you already have a black hammer.
Edit: It seems people have the wrong idea about this post. It wasn't a post against people who bought the gun, more power to you. I would have bought it if I didn't already have it too. The point was that people that join lobbies and act like they can do boomer duty or DPS enough with an unmaxed icebreaker is pathetic. Take the time to upgrade your weapons. Its the same issue of people running 248 VoG weapons back in the day or an unmaxed G-horn that doesn't even have wolfpack rounds yet.

Edit 3: Ha, all you noobs with halfway lvl'd weapons are struggling in the hard raid. How ironic.

I've managed to complete everything in the game with no Ice Breaker until this weekend. It still does more damage now un-maxed than it did before the DLC. Mine is maxed already because I had nothing else to do this weekend, but I think if you said you'd boot me if it wasn't, I'd leave anyway. I'd rather find a team of better players, who are able to get by without every single gun in the game, or having to be the highest level to stay alive. At the end of the day, it's a game, lighten up and have some fun, you're not checking peoples CVs

2 отв.Ok so I'm a level 32 ( IK im not) and i join your lobby and im just super experienced and have every weapon except icebreaker just because I've been unlike, then I bought it from Xur and im an experienced sniper, you still kick me. It's a random drop man you can't punish people for bad luck and besides, ice breaker is amazing! It will only help you!

uhhh, first few weeks I ran Boomer duty with a maxed 300 icebreaker. Wasn't difficult.... It took a week for anyone in my normal group to even have a 2nd level icebreaker (when Xur sold the upgrade). New exotics start @ 302 damage, so it's not a problem (in normal mode).

Done dozens of vog hard and many crota's end without IB or Jgally with my friends. I know people who got both but not able to beat atheon hardmode! Having these exotics don't make you a better player... If somebody ask you to do something just if you have a gjally tell him to learn how to play :)

1 ответI upgraded mine about 4 weeks ago. Still haven't maxed it. I have a maxed Black Hammer, my IB feeds it with ammo if needed. The best thing about IB is its ability to refill other secondary weapons. PS: you sound like a dick. I dont want to be in your fireteam.
