People with three different classes need to stop cheating. They decided to circumvent the reward system by making sure they always get a piece of armor they can use from an engram.
For example, say someone with three different classes goes to Xûr and buys an Exotic helmet engram on their Warlock, hoping for Obsidian Mind. Instead, they get the Helm of Saint-14. No problem! They can store it in their vault and pick it up on their Titan. It totally ruins the RNG system Bungie worked so hard on putting in the game.
Need another example? Alright, fine. Say they do the Nightfall on their Hunter and get the Heart of Praxic Fire. Never fear! They can store it in their vault so that their Warlock can pick it up. Instead of having a poor week at the Nightfall and sharding their piece they cheat and use the system so that they will always get a viable reward with armor.
Another example is needed to convince the people. Fear not, I am back with another. Say you're on a Titan and you get an upgrade package from the Vanguard. Inside, you see a Legendary! However, it is for a Warlock. Now, an honest person shards it and realizes their misfortune. But these people? They put it in their vault so that their Warlocks who might not have the Commendations/Rank/Marks can use it! This is an outrage.
How long will Bungie let this atrocity continue before they patch it?
Edit: So much butthurt from the cheaters on three different classes getting called out.
Edit 2: The "There's three character slots for a reason!" Argument comes up pretty often. I'm not sure if you're aware, but its clearly for each of the three races.
Spoiler back in. Guys I really shouldn't need a #satire. It should be obvious I'm poking fun at people who say others with three of the same character are cheating.
Note: neither one is cheating any more than the other
Spoiler edit: 540 replies? Daaaamn guys
Spoiler Edit 2: Damn, 1000+ replies? Not even sure how to react to this. Hope everyone who got it had a laugh.
Bahhhhhhhhhhhh your mom is cheating

I'm sorry you have to deal with a bunch of people who aren't clever enough to recognize a good joke when they see one. You deff sorb need a satire hashtag for people to realize that it's satire.
-
Yeah, we can but it takes us three times as long to level all three up. If you have 3 titans, you can swap armor and lvl it up 3x as fast. You save on radiant shards as we do not. If you get one set of armor maxed you can have 3 characters at max lvl just by swapping armor. We (who have 3 different) have to grind to level up 3 different sets of armor. Its not cheating by any means. I might as well say "omg you use guns and dont melee all enemies?" Youre cheating!
-
Sounds like you just don't have the skill to maintain all three.
-
I didn't even have to read what you posted the title says it all. Funny how butthurt ppl get when you poke fun of the ppl saying 3 of the same class is cheating. Either one is not cheating is smart. Work smarter not harder. They are called alts for a reason ppl don't want to be only able to raid or do weekly's once and not get anything from it. This concept has been around since MMO's started ppl always have alts.

1 ответSo says a crybaby without the skill to level up their characters. Stfu and go play cod

Great post since network is down.

Nice. Had a good laugh while the network is being ddos'd.

The intention of Bungie had to be for users to create one of each class. Regardless, three of the same class is more advantageous because your armor is shared by all your characters. As soon as your characters hit level 20, they can all be a 31 (or your highest level). It's not the same for those who use three different classes. You could get lucky with a legendary helmet that boosts a 20 to a 22. Okay. You might get lucky twice and get a set of gauntlets too. Maybe you'll hit 24 with those. It takes more game time to rank that character. Disclaimer: I see the advantages of this and I'm indifferent. Picked up the game no more than 3 weeks ago. I'm enjoying it and love getting the feel for different characters and how their subclasses can specialize in PvE or PvP. Experimenting with weapons and upgrading is always rewarding.

6 отв.Is this missing a #satire? You know how much time and work it takes to build up one of each class? What about learning both subclasses with each character? The game was meant to be played from all 3 to make for different gameplay. If you don't have 1 of each class than you aren't really playing this game.

I can't believe people take these posts literally still.

One is but hurt XD

Did it ever occur to you that maybe people want to use all three different classes in the activities for fun and not for farming... its pathetic that you're complaining about this
-
Agree with the spoiler. People are idiots.

Thank you for the chuckle. Merry Christmas

That maybe true, but people with two of the same class and one other class are the cheaters. Also, from my experience, they are some of the stupidest, most ignorant losers on this planet. Good thing that's not you! Oh wait...

Daaaamn guys

So please go on about how this is cheating and why the ability to share my items among all three of my characters is a bad thing. Just because I utilize my vault to get my lower leveled characters a step up doesn't give you a right to bitch about it. If u don't like it then don't do it and shut up with your constant whining why don't you go develop a game.

If bungie fixes everything and gives us what we paid for I may "stop cheating" I have 10 friends on Xbox live that also have three classes so its not a rare thing to do. I deleted my other level 31 characters because I got a job and don't have time to play as much so I'm sticking with warlock

Hahaha bravo these comments have me rolling!!! XD

8 отв.1 your clearly retarded and 2 if you don't like it don't play the damn game...
-
Clearly for other races? It's not like the next character addition only gives you an option of a different race while maintaining the same class. But don't worry, I've coincidentally followed your idealistic model of playing destiny because I've got three different races, but with three different classes. Close 'nuff.

It's not cheating if it's in the game
-
Please tell me this is a joke. We all fail to see how this is cheating.
