Well seeing as you are only 18 and don't need the cash to survive I wouldn't blame you. Unfortunately once you don't have your parents to rely on you'll more likely still come across this problem and there isn't a whole lot you can do about it except deal with it. As another poster said, that's just life. Most people don't like their jobs and some dread going to it.
I don't particularly like mine but I've also been here for 3 years so not too easy to just quit and find another once you've already got a routine going.

I realize a lot of people don't like their jobs, believe me. I'm ok with being busy, it's not being able to manage things is what I hate.

Yeah I understand what you mean. There is plenty of times I have trouble managing things and getting time to do things I want. I'm guessing you've just got out of high school? If so I'd say try to have fun for one more year and start worrying about work if you can afford it. Getting out of school then starting college or a job isn't fun at all. You don't get very many breaks when you start working beside days off and those days seem very short in comparison to the days you work.
