Am I the only person who doesn't mind exotic resets?
Really don't think it's a big deal. No one is being forced to do these upgrades and if you want to stand out and be more powerful as a guardian you have to work harder for it. Everyone always complains that everyone is the same and I feel like this edition to the game would make the hardcore stand apart from the casuals.. Just my opinion what is everyone's thoughts?

I dont mind at all. Really, it is only one weapon for me: Thorn. Since I dont use anything else, it wont take long.

I'm trying to get three charatcters up to 30 and its going be pretty hard to do this after update, but mind you I only have one legendary armor piece left before I complete each set on all characters. I just feel bad for all of the newbies after dlc, aka Christmas newbs

Does not bother me, helps put an mmo feel to the game. Like DA series, as you level up you look for better weapons and armor. I just wish you could get any weapon randomly rewarded in either pve or pvp play so people would quit crying ( nerf this it isn't fair ).

I think it's just a gamble. Players complain about how they're forced to do things, but this is optional. 100% our choice. The prospect of more damage is enticing, but it comes with a price.

I don't mind either. I have 15 un-upgraded exotics anyways so at least it'll boost their damage to 300.

no theres like 50 other of you 12 years olds that like it too. ITs horrible and it screws anyone who has put time into their exotics and perks.

2 отв.Honestly I don't care lol ive always kinda felt that some exotics are useless.....and raid gear is the way to go for me....only usefull exotic is icebreaker gallahorn maybe imo.......raid gear is the way to go for me so I dont care lol only maxed iut exotic I got is my pocket infinity which isnt even that great anymore after the exotic patch.......

Leveling isnt anywhere near as hard as finding all new equipment so im happy i can pick that option over losing my favorite weapons. In other games like this such as warcraft when a new dlc comes out you have to start all over finding and customising all new equipment. So im happy about this.

I'm totally okay with it. If this is how Bungie wants the game to pan out, I'll just have to figure out the best way to take advantage of it and that's half the fun for me; running numbers in my head and finding/implementing the most efficient formula

I don't mind too much, I just wish there wasn't a breakdown in communication on how the exotics will work next week. I had lots of friends waste the few shards they had for exotics this week. I'm fortunate enough to have plenty of shards from dismantling all my duplicates, but did waste a few to upgrade some weapons I'm just going to turn around and upgrade again.

No, I don't mind it. I have several exotics that I've not even touched. I seriously only play with about 2 of them [and that's not all the time] I've no problem going back and upgrading the shit that I like for it to be better, if so desired. What did everyone think was going to happen? The gear we rock now obviously wasn't going to be end-game gear. We all knew better shit was going to come out, so that it could level as the game did. It was silly to think that the shit we leveled wasn't going to get bumped down a notch when something better came along. At least there is an option for you to level it and not have it become completely obsolete. I think it's funny... people are focusing on this and seem to forget that there is new gear coming. People will be rocking the new shit, not only because it may be better, but because it's new. Everyone is always so damn thirsty for something new/unique. Also, having to re-level gear sort of keeps the game in balance [and we all know everyone bitches about that]. There are all sort of people who don't have the best gear yet. There will be Christmas noobs that don't have anything. If everyone could just upgrade shit instantly, it is going to drive a large wedge in the players... the new/lower level people would never be able to catch up to the people who have been playing since launch. It's not a bad idea. Personally, I don't think it's an outrage, but by the same token, I am not surprised people are making it that way. Everyone always bitches about something, it's never ending. If you really love a piece of gear, then upgrade it if you want. No one is forced to do it. Upgrade it so that it levels as the game does, or just use the new gear that is coming [which will happen anyway, because people always like to feel superior with the newest shit]
