Upon inspection of grimoire I have discovered something that disturbs me. Under the Activities tab, story for each of the destinations... Quotes from various tower leaders. I believe that these quotes were originally lines of dialog for the story before the lead story writer walked out on Bungie. Reading them might provide insight on what exactly was happening in the story. It is revealed in these lines of dialog that your adventures destroying the heart of darkness was a much more involved process with the inhabitants of the city than was shown in game. Lots to learn, mentions of Osiris and some connections from the tower to the Shrine of Oryx on the moon. As much as can be learned here many new mysteries arise, however these mysteries are not born from a lack of total information and presence of misinformation but are created from the gaps of what we do know. They seem like crafted mysteries rather that information that was simply never explained because they don't even have time to explain why they don't have time to explain despite the fact that they could tell us all of these things.... Yeah....
