Trading would make cave farming a problem and ruin the in-game economy.
Healing would be difficult to implement I think. I like some of your ideas though.
Boss fights are tiresome as it is. Coming from WoW, I'm used to boss fights taking less than 5 minutes with raid bosses taking between 5-10 (in some cases a little more).
I find all the adds annoying myself. Flooding you with adds to deal with doesn't make a boss more interesting, at least to me. Especially if all the boss does is walk around shooting and being a bullet sponge.
From what I've read, the raid boss fights are more complicated and use some mechanics, rather than just having tons of hp and adds. I'd like to see more of that in strikes, but the lack of communication would be a problem if one or more players didn't understand the mechanics.

In-game economy? how? there are no in-game economy man, everyone has it's own amount of money, there are no Auction Houses or anything lol... besides, there are people farming on the caves that has like 25.000-50.000$ already, isn't that the same? you are farming... what's the bad thing about it?

If people could trade, they would create an economy. While the glimmer cap is low, it would more likely become an economy based on mats, like strange coins. Then people would sell mats/currency for real money and things go downhill from there. Bungie could avoid that with making some items bind in character or bind on account. But they've avoided that whole can of worms by not allowing trade. I'd imagine you'll start seeing accounts on sale soon, that are maxed out from farming. Assuming you can give someone a PSN or Xbox live account. *shrug*
