I agree. One of my favorite games to this day was the original Devil May Cry. I would play the game, get pissed off at it sometimes to the point of wanting to fling the controller across the room, and ultimately 5 minutes later pick up the controller again and try to beat whatever challenging part I was on. The fun really came from the challenge and sense of accomplishment from overcoming that challenge. Is Destiny without faults? No. No game is however. To me it is a fun game to play with friends and I enjoy the challenges that nightfall strikes and raids bring. Coming from an MMO background dating back to everquest, it is a welcome change to other games of late that do not really offer any challenge.

If you replayed it and its hardest modes, there was certainly a challenge.

Aah Devil May Cry 3, boy I wanted to break my console over that, but I beat it :)

couldn't get into any of them past the first. 2 just left a bad taste in my mouth.

You not played 3? Dude 2 was absolutely crap but 3 is just like 1, even better IMO.

I played 3, ended up getting the collectors edition with all 3 games packaged together. 3 was ALOT more entertaining than 2 but just didn't have the feel of the first one to me.
