[RESOLVED] Xbox 360 Limited Edition Content Not Transferring To Xbox One

I recently acquired an Xbox One after already paying for and playing the Limited Edition of Destiny on my Xbox 360. I began playing on my Xbox One with my previous profile, yet my Collector's Edition items on my profile aren't available! According to the claim about the promotions on [url=http://www.destinythegame.com/digital-upgrade]this website[/url] and [url=http://www.bungie.net/7_Where-can-I-get-info-about-the-Destiny-next-gen-di/en/Help/Article/12122]this website[/url]: [quote]Whether you participate in this program or not, your Guardians, progress, stats, and gear are shared within a console family (PlayStation®3<->PlayStation®4 or Xbox 360<->Xbox One) and will be waiting for you when you transition to next-gen.[/quote] As a long time Bungie fan who was excited to get his hands on Destiny, I am upset that they would restrict my content associated with my account. I've now bought this game TWICE and now I am finding out that to get the items I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR I have to pay upwards of ANOTHER HUNDRED DOLLARS! If there's no way to resolve this, Bungie may... no, WILL lose me as a customer permanently. [SOLUTION] Download the content directly from the store on to the new machine. Should be a free download after it is linked to the account the first time. Contacted Xbox Support and they were able to resolve my issue. [spoiler]Sorry I ever doubted you, Bungie.[/spoiler]
