I'm 15 and I own every halo game up to this date. Not only own but have beaten them all on legendary and have collected all the achievements for each game (except combat evolved sadly). I would like to apologize in advance for running into you good sir because I guess we're even. Oh and CoD players can suck it, can't stand that game.

I'm the type of player that loves fighting pros because when I finally kill ya it's like beating a boss! Plus, I'll watch to see what you do to try and improve my own combat/play style :)

This is completely true! I have played Halo games for as long as i can remember, and i thought it was sad that Bungie handed over Halo to 343 Industries and i just thought Halo is never going to be the same. So i continued to play Reach, Halo 4, and the Remastered Halo:Combat Evolved. I just felt that something was missing, after they handed Halo over i thought that it was always missing something, but it was indescribable. I thought that there was no way that Bungie was finished for good, there was no way, to go out handing over their most successful franchise the gaming industry has ever seen. But then i heard of a game being worked on called Destiny. I was intrigued, the name was simple yet elegant, and i began to read more about this game, even though this was January 2014, so the start of the new year, and when i found out who the Main developer was. It was Bungie. There was no way i was missing out on what could be the best game i will ever play. Bungie had been waiting for an opportunity like this to release their game, and the game is perfectly suited to what Bungie have done in the past, look at Halo! And its finally here. And Bungie, You did not disappoint by any means. You have created what could be the best game any passionate Halo fan will appreciate and play it how its meant to be played. Do not be disheartened if you haven't played much Halo, and you just like the look of the game and are going to give it try, go ahead! this will be a fantastic game, and i hope that anyone with any experience can play and enjoy this game to its maximum! But when you do meet those who like to take the game seriously (like myself) and are hardcore Halo players, don't rage quit like Obi says above, many of you will die and be beaten senselessly in The Crucible, but just learn to have respect for the game just like we do. I'll be seeing you in the Tower fellow Guardians, and I'll see more of you in The Crucible. :)

Stevobi's right, back in the old Halo days we didn't need all the armor, perks, twerks...whatever it is all you other guys need to have (and glitch) your way to victory. (Jetpack, throw grenade...is for losers) Oh, Steve, I bet you die just like Thug Larz did when I shot him back during Halo 3 days...

What's the point of this post? If your truly good that's great. Keep this in mind though, Guardians don't have to talk about it to build their legend. The legend is built around the actions of the Guardian.

Though offer my respect for you guy's time in Halo, its not like you old Halo pros will be able to keep the lead forever. Destiny is where we'll catch up and overcome!
