OP...
I agree that the explore environment needs a bit more content and the random spawning of enemy is a must to mix things up. Don't get me wrong...the beta grabbed my attention for quite sometime given the amount of content available and has me wanting more. But, if the Captain and his minions always spawn at the same entrance (ya'll know were I am talking) that could get a bit redundent.
Seeing how it was a beta...curious if some of the elements you addressed were left out intentionally.

I do know the feeling, those spawn camps just really dont feel good. As for elements being excluded it is entirely possible with some features, but with other features (like AI) it doesn't make sense (also their gameplay videos of destiny run the same as the beta from the looks of it). Which is why I highlighted the fact that I am simply reviewing the beta, I cannot review something I haven't played.

When it comes to the AI...do they need some tweaking...sure. Specifically the Dregg's tendency to hide behind cover for an extended period and not trying to flank as much. Thus, forcing me to seek them out. However, overall I would say they were not so bad...that A complete overhaul across the board is needed. Seeing how the beta baddies were lower level...one would suspect the further along you get...the AI in addition to HP should increase with level.

True but on hard difficulty the AI didn't have a difficulty spike at all, their guns were simply stronger and HP bigger. Destiny at the moment feels like a safari shooting gallery (as another commenter put it) of course this could be just be the first area of destiny. But in halo reach on legendary you felt the shift immediately. In destiny you didnt, which is concerning.

I did not try the hard level...hummm. However, I still have faith in Bungie...they have yet to let me down over the years.

To be honest it I am more worried about Activision and its influence on Bungie. More than Bungie's ability or intentions.
