If Titanfall is a multiplayer-only game shouldn't it be sold for $40? Or some sort of reduced price? I think this makes more sense than a $60 price tag, but it's EA, so they'll probably price it at $60.

Half the price! My dumb ass bought the collectors edition

7 отв.Bungie.net in the past: God, Halo 3: ODST is such a rip off, it should be cheaper, not full price! Bungie.net now: LOL, TitanFall being at a reduced price? What a Sony fanboy! Such a total dipshit!
-
No let it go.
-
1 ответOP really rustled you guys.
-
Should Halo be sold at a higher price because it also has custom games, Forge and theater? Because of those things I think the game should be sold at around $120.

8 отв.Isn't destiny a multiplayer only game? Should it be at a reduced price too? And TES? And The Division?
-
Well video games with only stories are sold for 60$ too =/
-
Any game should be sold at a reduced price.
-
Not sure why MP only makes it half a game.
-
3 отв.Nowhere in history does it say that a game has to include SP and MP in order to charge 60 dollars. How about the games that are SP only? Those are still 60.
-
2 отв.well i kind of agree that it should be half price but it depends on what the final game looks like when its done.
-
I think PC and digital games should be cheaper than physical copies of the game.

2 отв.Fanboy wars in yet another thread. Remember the VGX guys. Remember the horror that awaits all of gaming if we do not unite.

1 ответI think all games should cost $50.

35 отв.Why? I wish every game was multiplayer only. This way the devs can focus on what truly matters, competitive multiplayer.

No publisher would sell a game receiving this much attention from the mainstream gaming media outlets AND being made by the minds behind the success of CoD for less than standard pricing.
-
Normally yes, but it's EA and Respawn Entertainment (the former Call of Duty guys) so they kind of get to bend the rules and get away with it.
-
It has a story that can only be played in multiplayer.
-
Not as long as the multiplayer makes up in greatness, detail, and other stuffz.
-
Being an EA published title, I will avoid it. I have a 360 and a PS4 and plan on a XBoxOne but I avoid anything published by EA Will it help who knows. Titanfall looks like one hell of a game but I will be missing out on it.

Doesn't work that way. Games such as Fallout and Skyrim don't have multiplayer but have great campaigns. You can only do that if it goes both ways. Which it doesn't
-
That only works with MMOs, you get it cheaper to start with so you're more willing to pay the subscription later on. I got Final Fantasy XIV: ARR, for 20$ at first, once my trial expires, I'm not sure if I'm going to sign up for more for 14.95$ or whatever the price is.
